iQuasar Software Solutions is a socially responsible venture. Our CSR focus is to support projects and initiatives that empower youth, especially those from disadvantaged backgrounds. We partner with social and community service organizations to promote quality education and skill training to youth. Our CSR team is constantly evaluating various initiatives and strategies to help society at large.

INTERNSHIP POLICY

At iQSS we have a curated Internship program in sync with our organizational purpose and creating a talent pool for the future. Our Internship policy is a continuous process that runs throughout the year – Summer Internships, Fall Internships, Quarterly Internships and provides an opportunity to local youth to have first-hand experience of working within a corporate environment.

KASHMIR EDUCATION INITIATIVE

We work along with KEI to support bright but economically disadvantaged school kids by providing scholarships, mentoring and experiential opportunities in the field of Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics.

MENTORING AND COACHING

Anyone who applies at iQuasar Software Solutions has the option to be mentored and coached, even if they are not selected for a position in our company. The coaching and mentoring involves resume formatting, interview training, IT skills knowledge, communication skills training, etc.

iQUASAR FOUNDATION RELIEF (iQFR)

Under this initiative, we support needy families locally in Kashmir by providing them some monthly relief. We identify the families and provide them a certain amount so that they can meet their basic needs on a monthly basis.
